- 2012 IPT Bull Sale is a success! For the first time in eight years the simmental bulls beat out the Angus bulls in average sale price. The sales price average was $3684. For more infomation and a complete sale breakdown visit www.iptbullsale.com. Thank you to all buyers and supporters. @

- ISA annual meeting and banquet went over extremely well. Thank you to all buyers and donators of the semen auction which grossed $5,775. We started off the meeting by welcoming an ASA represenative Chance Ujadowski. He spoke to us about updates with the naitional office adn within the breed. Wendell Alwardt retired from the board this year and Georgia Litman as well as JimmStoutenborough were up re-election. It was voted that Roger Allen join the board with Georgia and Jim. During the meeting it was announced that Illinois would be hosting the 2014 national. It will be held in Louisville, KY in conjunction with the Simmental Sweepstakes.
